Everything You Need to Know

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE MY DATE?

You can book a date for your event up to 12 months in advance.

DO RATES VARY BASED ON DIFFERENT DAYS OF WEEK OR DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY? SEASONS?

Our hourly rate is the same for each event with the exception of Holidays. 

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING? HOW EARLY CAN WE ARRIVE AND HOW LATE CAN WE STAY?

We allow you to build your time at the hourly rate.  So your arrival time and ending time is based on individual booking and availability. All events must end at 1:00 a.m. and out by 2:00 a.m.

WHAT IS THE VENUE’S CAPACITY?

Max 250

Do you provide tables and chairs ?
 

Yes we provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. We also provide at no additional cost black and white chair covers. 

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ONSITE? IS VALET PARKING AVAILABLE? WILL GUESTS BE CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE?

Yes, there is adequate parking available at no additional cost 

WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL POLICY?

Alcohol is allowed, but there are specific conditions. Please consult with the accounts manager during the proposal drafting process.

CAN WE HOLD THE REHEARSAL AT THE VENUE?

Yes, you certainly can although, with the planning application we have available to all clients, a physical rehearsal is not necessary.

DO WE HAVE TO USE THE IN-HOUSE CATERER?

While we don’t provide in-house catering services, we’re happy to offer recommendations for external caterers. Alternatively, you’re welcome to select a caterer of your preference.

CAN I BRING IN A CAKE FROM AN OUTSIDE VENDOR?

Yes, you can use any baker of your choice.  If you need help identifying a great one, let us know. 

Is there a full kitchen?
